Paneer Fingers

Ingredients

200 gm Paneer- Cut into thin fingers
2 tbsp. Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 tbsp. Coriander - finely chopped
1/2 tsp Carom Seed(Ajwain)
Few drops of Orange edible color
1/2 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
4-5 tbsp. Besan
1 tsp salt
Oil - For Frying
Chaat Masla

Method

1. Mix Ginger Garlic paste with coriander leaves ,carom seeds, orange color,salt  and Red chilli powder.
2. Heat Oil, sprinkle Besan on the Paneer Fingers and mix to make a  besan coating on it.
3. Deep fry till crisp
4. Sprinkly Chaat masala and Paneer Fingers are ready to be served.
